How do I use the Forms App in ServiceM8?
Available in subscriptions from Growing to Professional Pro the Forms App allows you to create Professional Forms in the field. From Checklists of work completed to before and after photos, or compliance records, or test and tag reports ANY form you currently complete on paper can be created digitally in the field.

Why build a custom form?
Create a form the way you want it with your business branding and the questions you need.  Alternatively visit the ServiceM8 form store for pre built forms ready to download and use straight away! (These can be accessed from within the forms app in ServiceM8).

What type of questions can I ask on a form?
Forms have flexible question types to cater for different types of jobs and uses. Form questions can require staff to pick from a multiple choice list, take a photo, collect a signature, enter a date, type in text or numbers in response, and we can use conditional formatting to skip unnecessary questions based on previous responses.

How much do forms cost?
Custom forms usually range from $99 to $395 inc GST depending on complexity (although there are a few available in the Form Store that are from just $9.99) When compared to the time savings involved (we often hear that tradies save half a day a week now that the forms are completed at the time of the job not back in the office later in the week!) they are worth the $$.

Can I create my own forms for ServiceM8?
You can try to create your own forms, however 99% of customers prefer to send us a copy of their existing paperwork and we will do the conversion for you saving you so much time! The reason for this is that while they are very easy to use, they are difficult create well, we include a consultation on how to use the forms, and one round of changes after the form is done, so you can test and check the flow of the questions and the options for answers. Hassle free form creation!
